Who We Are
Built on
Character.
Vazquez Company is an industrial electrical and construction company built on the belief that the best work comes from the best people — properly trained, properly supported, and proud of what they build.
Our Story
Where We Came From
Vazquez Company was founded with a straightforward premise: industrial clients deserve a contractor they can actually trust. Not one that promises everything during the pitch and delivers excuses during execution — but one that shows up, does the work, and stands behind the result.
Starting as an electrical contractor in the GTA, we expanded our capabilities trade by trade — adding industrial construction, civil services, fabrication, and maintenance as clients asked us to take on more. Every expansion was driven by the same logic: if we can self-perform it safely and to a high standard, we should.
Today, Vazquez operates across Ontario and Western Canada with a roster of over 300 tradespeople, a full-service fabrication shop, and a safety record that sits well below industry averages. We haven't grown by lowering our standards. We've grown because we haven't.
Our Values
Safety Without Compromise
Zero incidents is not a slogan — it's the minimum standard. Every crew, every site, every day.
Accountability
We say what we're going to do and we do it. No excuses, no surprises, no back-pedaling.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in work done right. Our people's names are on every weld, every termination, every pour.
Integrity
Straightforward pricing, honest timelines, and transparent communication at every stage of every project.
People First
Our workforce is our competitive advantage. We invest in their training, their safety, and their career.
Partnership
We want to be the contractor our clients call first — not just for quotes, but for advice and ideas.
Leadership
